Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 1, 2026
This policy explains what information AI Images Toolkit (“we”, “us”) collects when you use the service, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We have tried to keep it plain and specific.
1. Information we collect
Account information. When you register we collect a username and email address, and we store a hashed version of your password (never the password itself). You can optionally add a profile picture and a short bio.
Content you create. This includes the prompts and negative prompts you submit, the images generated from them, images you edit in Image Studio, and anything you save to your library. We also record the status and timestamps of each generation request.
GPU provider credentials (optional). If you choose to connect a third-party GPU account, we store the credentials you provide, on our server and tied to your account, so we can run generations on your behalf. You can disconnect it at any time from the Generation page.
Technical data. Like most web services, our servers may log basic request information such as IP address, browser type and the time of requests, for security and troubleshooting.
2. How we use your information
- To create and secure your account, and to send verification and password-reset emails.
- To generate, store, display and let you edit your images.
- To operate, maintain, debug and improve the service, and to prevent abuse.
- To respond to your messages and requests.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
3. Where processing happens and who else sees your data
Image generation runs on remote, third-party cloud computing infrastructure. Your prompt is sent securely from our server to that infrastructure to produce the image, and the result is sent back. These providers process your prompts and generated images under their own terms and privacy policies, which we don't control.
We also rely on other service providers, such as email delivery, to operate the service. We share information with providers only as needed to run the service, and we may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users or the service.
4. Browser storage
We use your browser's local storage to keep you signed in (session tokens) and to remember interface preferences such as whether the sidebar is collapsed. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can clear this data at any time in your browser settings, which will sign you out.
5. Security
Passwords are stored using a strong one-way hash, and connections to the service should use HTTPS. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please use a unique password and tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
6. Retention and deletion
We keep your account information and content for as long as your account exists. You can delete individual images from your library, and you can ask us to delete your account and associated data by contacting us at support@example.com. Backups and logs may persist for a limited time after deletion, and content already processed by third-party GPU providers is subject to their retention practices.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, or to object to certain processing. You can update your profile details and password from the Profile page, and you can contact us to exercise any other right.
8. Children
The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date above, and for significant changes we will make a reasonable effort to notify you. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated policy.
